The benefits of manual therapy are widely accepted for the treatment of all kinds of musculoskeletal disorders.  Massage can help chronic pain, insomnia, stress, improve swelling and postural alignment issues as well as help you recover from illness faster and prevent injury.

I use Joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and traditional Swedish massage techniques in my practice daily.  Appropriate exercise choice and intensity play a critical role in recovery and performance.
